Common questions.
What’s the difference between decommissioning and junk removal?
Junk removal covers furniture and debris hauling — one item on our list. Decommissioning also covers licensed electrical work, code-compliant cable removal, security/AV removal, and demo — work that requires a licensed contractor, not just a hauling crew.
Do you handle the abandoned cable removal code requirement (NEC 800.25)?
Yes. Abandoned low-voltage cable left in ceilings or raised floors is a fire code issue under NEC 800.25. We remove it back to source as part of the standard scope, not as an add-on.
Can you work around our exact lease-end date?
Yes — that’s the point. Give us your move-out deadline and we scope the crew and schedule to hit it, including after-hours or weekend work if required.
Do you subcontract any of this out?
No. Electrical, demo, and hauling are handled by our own licensed crews — one quote, one schedule.
What condition do you leave the space in?
Whatever your lease specifies — typically broom-clean “vanilla shell” with patched walls, capped electrical and plumbing, and no signage, cabling, or fixtures left behind.
Do you serve spaces outside El Paso?
We’re based in El Paso and primarily serve the El Paso metro, with select projects in the Bastrop, TX area. Call to confirm coverage.
