Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the roof, take photos, and give you a written assessment + quote. No charge, no obligation.
Do you work with insurance for storm/hail claims?
Yes. We document damage with timestamped photos, write a scope-of-work that aligns with your adjuster’s report, and handle the work after your claim is approved. We’ll meet your adjuster on-site if you want.
How long does a re-roof take?
Most single-family asphalt shingle re-roofs are 1–2 days. Tile takes 2–4 days. We protect landscaping with tarps and clean up nail debris with a magnet sweep before we leave.
What’s the warranty?
Workmanship warranty: 5 years on repairs, 10 years on full re-roofs. Plus the manufacturer warranty on the shingles or tile (varies by product). If a leak shows up where we worked, we come back and fix it.
